Screen printing: common questions
Is there a minimum for screen printing?
No. Screen printing has setup costs, so very small runs may be cheaper with DTG or DTF. We will quote the method that gives you the best price.
How much does screen printing cost per shirt?
A one colour front on a standard tee starts at $7.45 per shirt at 50 pieces, garment included. More colours and locations add to the price, larger quantities bring it down.
How long does screen printing take?
Standard turnaround is six to nine business days after proof approval. Rush is available.
Do you charge setup fees for screens?
Screen setup is included in your itemised quote, so you see the full price per shirt with nothing added later.
Can you print on dark shirts?
Yes. We print an underbase so colours stay bright on black, navy and other dark garments.
Do you offer screen printing outside Houston?
Yes. We serve all of Greater Houston from our shop in Spring, including The Woodlands, Conroe, Humble, Kingwood, Tomball and Cypress, and ship anywhere in the US.
