Puff works best on bold shapes and lettering. Fine lines and small text are stitched flat. We will tell you which parts of your logo suit puff before we digitize.
Does 3D puff cost more?
Slightly. Puff uses foam and denser stitching, so it adds a small amount per piece.
Can 3D puff be combined with flat embroidery?
Yes. Many logos use puff for the main lettering and flat stitching for small text or fine detail.
Does 3D puff work on shirts?
It works best on caps and heavy fabrics. On lightweight shirts, flat embroidery usually looks better.
