Embroidery that makes your team look like one company

Embroidery stitches your logo into the garment with thread, so it will not crack, peel or fade the way a print can. It is the finish most Houston businesses choose for the clothing their staff wear in front of customers: company polos, caps, jackets, scrubs and work shirts.

We are a custom embroidery shop in Spring, on the north side of Houston. Everything is digitized, stitched and checked on our own floor, so you deal with the people running the machines, not a reseller sending your logo across the country. One logo or a full uniform program, the colours stay identical from the first order to the fiftieth.

Watch a run of caps being stitched

This is our six-head, 15-needle Tajima TMEZ embroidering a cap order on the floor in Spring. Each head stitches the same logo at the same time, which is how we keep pricing low on team and company orders without cutting corners.

  • Commercial Tajima multi-head and single-head machines for caps, flats and jackets
  • Up to 15 thread colours per design, matched to your brand reference
  • Test sew-out on larger runs before full production
  • Every piece trimmed, checked and folded by hand before it leaves

Pricing

What sets the price of embroidery

  • Stitch count. A typical left chest logo runs 5,000 to 8,000 stitches. Bigger, denser designs take more machine time.
  • Quantity. Prices step down at 12, 24, 48 and 144 pieces. From $5.95 per piece at 24+.
  • Locations. Each extra placement, such as a sleeve or back, is a separate run.
  • The garment. A budget polo and a premium soft shell differ by more than the stitching.
  • What is free. Digitizing, logo redraw and artwork checks cost nothing.

Custom embroidery: common questions

How much does custom embroidery cost in Houston?

Left chest logo embroidery starts at $5.95 per piece at 24 pieces, plus the garment. The price depends on stitch count, the number of logo locations, the garment and the quantity. Digitizing is free, and every quote is itemised line by line.

Is there a minimum order for embroidery?

No. We will embroider a single polo or cap. Per piece pricing drops at 12, 24, 48 and 144 pieces, so most companies order in those bands.

How long does embroidery take?

Standard turnaround is 6 to 9 business days after you approve the proof. Rush service is available for 25 percent extra when your date is fixed, and simple reorders of an existing logo can often move faster.

Do you charge for digitizing my logo?

No. We digitize your logo free with your order, redraw it first if it is blurry or low resolution, and keep the file on record so every reorder stitches exactly the same.

What file should I send for embroidery?

A vector file (AI, EPS, SVG or PDF) is ideal. A high resolution PNG or JPG also works. If all you have is a photo of an old shirt or business card, send it and we will rebuild it.

Can you embroider small text and detailed logos?

Yes, within limits. Lettering needs to be roughly a quarter inch tall to stay readable in thread. If part of your logo is too fine, we will suggest a simplified embroidery version before anything is stitched.

What can you embroider?

Polos, button-down shirts, caps and beanies, jackets, vests, hoodies, scrubs, lab coats, aprons, chef coats, work shirts, hi-vis garments, backpacks, tote bags and towels. If you are unsure about an item, ask and we will check it against our machines.

Can I bring my own garments to be embroidered?

Yes. Customer-supplied garments are welcome once we have checked the fabric and placement. Very thin, stretchy or delicate items may not be suitable, so contact us before dropping them off.

Embroidery or screen printing: which should I choose?

Embroidery is the better choice for polos, caps, jackets and uniforms where you want a premium, long-lasting finish. Screen printing is better for large designs on T-shirts and big event runs. Many companies use both from the same logo file.

Do you offer 3D puff embroidery?

Yes. 3D puff stitches over a foam layer so the logo stands off the cap. It suits bold shapes and block lettering on structured caps, and we will tell you which parts of your logo work in puff.

Where are you located and which areas do you serve?

Our embroidery floor is at 25503 Oakhurst Dr, Ste 300, Spring, TX 77386. We serve Houston and North Houston, including Spring, The Woodlands, Conroe, Humble, Kingwood, Tomball and Cypress, with local delivery and nationwide shipping.

Will embroidery survive industrial washing?

Yes. Embroidery is the most durable way to decorate uniforms. We use commercial polyester thread that holds its colour through repeated washing, which is why restaurants, clinics and crews choose it.
