DTG printing: common questions
When is DTG better than screen printing?
For small quantities, many colours or photographic designs. For larger runs of simple designs, screen printing is usually cheaper.
Does DTG print wash out?
A properly cured DTG print on cotton lasts many washes. Wash inside out in cold water and avoid high dryer heat.
Is DTG good for black shirts?
Yes. A white underbase is printed first so colours stay vivid on dark cotton.
How many DTG shirts can you print?
Any quantity, but beyond about 48 shirts with a simple design, screen printing is usually better value. We will quote both.
Do you offer DTG printing outside Houston?
Yes. We serve all of Greater Houston from our shop in Spring, including The Woodlands, Conroe, Humble, Kingwood, Tomball and Cypress, and ship anywhere in the US.
